The Africa Leadership Forum (ALF) is Africas premier civil society organization. The forum grew out of the need to assist in improving the capacity and competence of African leaders to tackle development challenges confronting Africa. The establishment of ALF was not fortuitous.

- Master’s degree in Industrial Relations, Sociology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
- Minimum Of 5 years’ progressive experience in HR and administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in office operations, procurement, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
