Job Title: FinanceOfficer
Job Summary.
TBSF is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our organization’s financial operations, including financial planning, monitoring, budgeting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Borno State
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Candidate that is available to start immediately is preferred.
