Role Description
- This is a full-time role as a finance manager at Life Helpers Initiative.
- The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing budgets, tracking expenses, conducting financial analysis, and providing financial reports.
- This is an on-site role located in Sokoto.
Qualifications
- Strong financial management and accounting skills
- Experience in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Candidate must possess a solid accountancy training and professional accounting qualification
- Candidate must have good knowledge of Accounting: Local accounting standards
- Minimum of 2 years work experience.
- Previous experience in NGOs is preferable.
- B Sc/ HND in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Hausa
- Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) is a plus
