Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to align with regulatory and organizational objectives.
- Direct audits, report to Leadership Team and board, and enforce internal and external financial policies.
- Ensure national and global financial compliance, swiftly meeting regulatory requirements.
- Develop financial strategies for project planning and implementation, identifying risks and recommending cost-saving measures.
- Stay updated on financial legislation, trends, and best
- practices through relevant training and professional development.
- Foster departmental collaboration to achieve financial goals.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields; ICAN, ACA, or similar certifications are advantageous.
- 5 years of finance experience with strong financial management skills.
- Expertise in non-profit budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reporting.
- Proven track record in aligning financial plans with organizational goals, efficient cash allocation, and resource optimization.
- Experience in grant and donor fund management, proposal creation, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial report preparation, performance analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Skilled in financial management software for accurate data management and reporting.
