Responsibilities:
- Identify local and international funding opportunities through research.
- Craft top-notch grant submissions aligned with donor criteria and organizational goals.
- Lead Programs team through design, development, planning, budgeting, and implementation in line with organizational policies.
- Foster robust relationships with government agencies, NGOs, community leaders, and contributors to fulfill program objectives.
- Design and execute holistic program strategies to meet organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational vision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
- Extensive experience in grant writing, fundraising, and nonprofit program management leadership (5+ years).
- Strong leadership and management skills, adept at project management and program execution.
- Skilled in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
