About Transcultural Psychosocial Organization
Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO) started in 1994 while affiliated to Netherlands International NGO-HNTPO; it became an autonomous in Uganda as National Organization in 2001 allowing TPO to replicate some of its promising practices acquired elsewhere in Uganda and Somalia in community-based child protection work and community based mental health & psychosocial support. TPO has been active in the Great Lake region for close to 21 years now working with communities affected by conflict in Uganda, Somalia, South Sudan, Kenya, Nepal, D.R.Congo and Burundi. Our two- pronged approach includes both direct service delivery and capacity building interventions. Our interventions are all guided by a community-oriented approach that places emphasis on identifying and utilizing existing traditional structures and infusing western concepts into local knowledge for which TPO DRC has conducted and expanding these both to Nigeria.

Introduction
Transcultural Psychosocial Organization (TPO) is an internationally recognized non-profit organization committed to delivering quality Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), Child Protection, Education in Emergencies, WASH, Livelihoods, and Reintegration services. TPO operates across Nigeria, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), supporting vulnerable populations and promoting resilience through community-centered interventions.
In preparation for its procurement activities for the 2025/2026 financial year, TPO Nigeria invites reputable and qualified vendors, service providers, and contractors (new and existing) to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification in the categories listed below.

Eligibility and Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested companies must provide the following documentation:
- Cover Letter indicating the category reference number(s) and description(s) of interest (maximum of three categories per vendor).
- Detailed Company Profile including Registered business address and physical office location, Official email and phone contacts, Key contact person
- Valid legal registration documents: Certificate of Incorporation (CAC), FORM CO2 and FORM CO7
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate and TIN
- Proof of previous experience in selected category (minimum of 3 reference letters, job completion certificates, or contracts from recognized clients/organizations)
- Evidence of operational presence in the location(s) of service delivery (especially for work or services)
Additional Information
- TPO Nigeria is exempted from VAT but complies with Nigerian tax laws and obligations.
- Only shortlisted vendors will be contacted and invited to participate in TPO procurement processes.
- TPO reserves the right to physically verify the existence and capacity of selected vendors.
- This call does not constitute a contract or commitment, nor does it imply any obligation for financial compensation.
- Expression of interest documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the relevant Ref. Number(s) and Category Name(s).
