Expression of Interest for the Rehabilitations of Primary Health Care and Supply of Hospital Equipments and Dignity Kits, in Eight Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS) in Gwoza, Konduga, Jere, and Maiduguri Metropolitan Council, Borno State
Introduction:
Women in the New Nigeria and Youth Empowerment Initiative (WINN), in partnership with Christoffel Blinden Mission (CBM), is seeking expressions of interest from qualified vendors for rehabilitation of five Primary Health Care and Hospital equipment and provision of items for dignity kits. These kits will support women and girls across eight designated WGSS locations in four Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Borno State.

Disability Inclusion in Humanitarian Action for Displaced Populations and Host Communities in the Health and Protection Sector in West and Central Africa (DIHA Project).
We are seeking qualified supplies in the following areas:
- Expression of Interest for Rehabilitation of Primary Health Care
- Expression of Interest for the Supply of Hospital Equipment.
- Expression of Interest for the Supply of Dignity Kits.
Submission Requirements:
Interested suppliers are required to submit the following documents:
- Soft copy of the company profile
- Bank reference letter
- An official letter expressing interest on company letterhead
- Tax clearance certificate for the last fiscal year, indicating minimum average turnover per year
- Copy of FIRS printout of Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Evidence of registration with the Department of State Services (DSS)
- Proof of previous supply of similar items to other organizations
