Job Title: Evaluation Officer
Location: Lagos
Overview
- The Evaluation Officer will design and evaluate The Foundation’s programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop evaluation plans and methodologies.
- Collect and analyse data to assess program impact.
- Prepare evaluation reports and recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance indicators.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure data quality and consistency.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in program evaluation and research methods.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA).
