Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for women entrepreneurs.
- Collaborate with women entrepreneurs to understand their business goals and target audience.
- Schedule, organize, and host webinars and online workshops to educate and train women entrepreneurs on digital marketing best practices.
- Conduct one-on-one calls with participants to provide personalized guidance, answer questions, and address challenges they may face in implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing the organization’s digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email marketing tools
- Assist in planning and organizing events for the community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven work experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with the African SME landscape is a plus.
