Job Summary
- We are seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure that our FMCG company adheres to internal policies and external regulations.
- The role involves developing compliance programs, conducting audits, training staff on regulatory requirements, and managing responses to legal changes.
- The Compliance Manager will work closely with various departments to mitigate risks and maintain adherence to industry standards, labor laws, health and safety guidelines, and ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement core regulatory compliance strategies.
- Ensure products comply with federal, state, and regional regulations.
- Monitor regulatory testing and complete submissions.
- Provide advice on regulatory compliance to maintain quality standards.
- Educate staff and foster high compliance levels across all divisions.
- Investigate and resolve non-compliance issues.
- Keep the company updated on changing regulations affecting the food industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Professional certifications (ICAN, CIS, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) required.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of legislation, compliance, and risk standards.
- Familiarity with QSR/Food Industry regulations.
