Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and compelling content for REJA’s social media platforms
- Create and design newsletters, reports, and correspondence for partners and donors
- Ensure clear, consistent messaging across all internal and external channels
- Develop press releases, media kits, and official statements
- Build and manage relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee REJA’s online presence and manage its public reputation
Who We are Looking For
- A strong communicator with excellent writing and storytelling skills
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into action
- Someone who is highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience in communications, operations, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience in video editing is a strong advantage.
- Passionate about justice reform, human rights, and social impact.
