Introduction

HOPLE, through collaborations with national and international organizations, government agencies, and individual donors, has made significant strides in uplifting vulnerable populations, including orphans, widows, persons with special needs, and the most vulnerable in society.

HOPLE has recorded the following achievement; Medical Outreach: Delivered healthcare assistance to over vulnerable families such as, children, women, and elderly people in Damaturu, engaging medical professionals in a project funded by the private sector, medical Bill Support: Sponsored medical treatments for vulnerable individuals across multiple LGAs, funded by individual donations and private sectors, education Sponsorship: Sponsored the education of orphans and vulnerable children in Damaturu, along with three years of monthly food support, funded by Islamic Ummah Relief International (IUR), safeguarding training: Conducted mentorship programs for staff and local organizations, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding practices, funded by Resource and Safeguarding Hub (RSH), housing: Built 25 houses for flood victims, primarily widows, with support from Islamic Ummah Relief International, Yobe State Emergency Management Agency, and philanthropists. Women’s Economic Empowerment: Empowered 55 women with start-up funds for small businesses in Yobe State, funded by Islamic Ummah Relief International and philanthropists, awareness Campaigns: Partnered with Yobe State Ministry of Youth to create awareness on child protection, peace building, GBV, and COVID-19, reaching over 5,350 people in self-funded projects, through these initiatives, HOPLE remains dedicated to improving lives and fostering resilience in Yobe state and beyond.

  3. Quality of materials and production.
  4. Ability to meet the specified deadlines.
  5. CAC certificates
  6. Company profile
  7. Sample available for inspection

By this engagement, HOPLE is committed to preventing any form of sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse (including child abuse and adult at-risk abuse) and responding robustly when these harms take place in line with our zero-tolerance approach to Safeguarding concerns.

Conflict of interest

Is a situation in which a person is in a position to derive personal benefit from actions or decisions made in their official capacity that has the potential to undermine the impartiality of a person because of the possibility of clash between the person’s interest and professional interest or public interest? All vendors shall take all precautions necessary to avoid taking undue advantage of the project to satisfy personal interest and shall inform Hope for Street Children and Vulnerable People of any situation giving rise or that is likely to give rise to any such situation. Both parties shall operate under the provisions of Accountability, learning and planning Systems for this program.

Mode and Deadline for submission of quotations

Interested service providers/vendors are to submit a (1) copy each of all documents listed under the eligibility criteria and their expression of Interest (EOI) on the company’s letterhead paper bearing: the registration number (RC), contact address, telephone number and e-mail address.
