Child Protection Information Management System Assistant At Future Resilience And Development Foundation (FRAD)

Future Resilience and Development Foundation (FRAD) is a registered non-profit organization with the corporate affairs commission, in accordance with the Nigerian Law, FRAD work in both humanitarian and development sector to build the resilience of Vulnerable populations through our interventions in thematic areas of WASH, Nutrition, Protection, Education and early recovery and livelihood. Over the years, FRAD has reached more than 19,000 children, men, women and girls through its various interventions.

Recruitment Type: Contract
Position: CPIMS Assistant
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Child Protection, Social work, or related field.

Duties and Responsibility

  • Enter child protection case data into CPIMS database.
  • Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Update and clean database to prevent duplication.
  • Generate reports for child protection teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide support for CPIMS-related issues.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Child Protection, Social work, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with CPIMS or similar database management systems.
  • Experience in data management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with UNHCR, UNICEF, or other humanitarian organizations’ Child Protection guidelines.
  • Proficient in MS Office suites, particularly Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Strong data management, analysis, and visualization skills.
  • Experience with database software (e.g., CPIMS, Primero).
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

Performance Measures

Data Entry Accuracy: 95% or higher accuracy rate in data entry.
Timeliness: Ensure 100% of data is entered within 24-48 hours of receipt.
Database Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and clean database with 0% duplication.
Report Generation: Generate reports within 24-48 hours of request.
Data Quality: Achieve: 95% or higher data quality rating.
