Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Loan Officers.
- Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement.
- Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality.
- Prepare branch reports and ensure operational compliance.
What You Should Know
- Two (2) weeks of compulsory training before deployment.
- 70% Field Work | 30% Office Work
- Monday – Friday
- Performance-based role.
