Hope and Rural Aid Foundation (HARAF) is a National Non-Governmental organisation focused on Humanitarian and developmental response program in Nigeria, with thematic areas across CCCM/Sheter-NFIs, Education, Food Security and Livelihood and Protection.
HARAF works with an excited team to deliver on its humanitarian and development efforts while supporting staff professional development.
HARAF is seeking qualified candidates for opportunities at Gombi and Hong LGAs of Adamawa State.
CCCM Technical Assistant
- Assist the CCCM Technical Officer in implementing CCCM activities as per project plans and guidelines.
- Support in conducting assessments and surveys to identify needs and vulnerabilities in camp populations.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for CCCM projects, including organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to camp populations, services, and infrastructure.
- Liaise with camp residents, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure their participation and feedback in CCCM activities.
- Contribute to the development of CCCM project proposals, reports, and other documents as required.
Qualifications and Experience for all Positions
• Relevant experience for the different roles and demonstration of capacity to hold the position.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or its equivalent preferably with social sciences.
• Demonstrated experience and commitment to working in conflict affected communities.
• Fluency in English and excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Fair monitoring and evaluation skills/experience.
• Knowledge of project cycle management.
• Deep knowledge of the environment.
