RE: Request for Quotation (RFQ JDPC MAIDUGURI-NHF-JDPC MAID 2024-02-21-11) for the repair and upgrade of Water facility (Borehole) in Goni Awanari community of Magumeri LGA to JDPC Maiduguri Office.
This is a formal invitation for quotations from interested vendors who want to offer the service.
Note: All quotations must be submitted on or before 12:00 hours on Friday 23rd February 2024. Quotation received after 12:00 hour on Friday 23t February 2024 will not be considered.

Note:
Terms and Conditions
Please provide the following information in your Quotation:
- Price Validity- note that unit price specified should be valid for a minimum period of 3 months.
- Acceptance of JDPC MAIDUGURI payment terms: 100% payment to be made on delivery and counter signature of a Good Received Note confirming acceptance of goods by JDPC MAIDUGURI.
- Date of Quotation, signature, and stamp of legally authorized signatory.
Criteria
- All Quotation must be submitted on or before 12:00 hours on Friday, February 23rd, 2024.
- The Quotation price should be sent to JDPC MAIDUGURI Office at the address above.
- Purchase order will be awarded to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be the best evaluated bid and is substantially responsive to the bidding documents.
- In the case of arithmetical error (e.g., discrepancy between unit and total price), the unit price shall prevail, and the total shall be corrected. Similarly, in any discrepancy between a total corresponding to the submitted in hard copy on a pre-printed vendor proforma or on vendor letter head paper.
- Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the following.
