Dear Potential Vendors,
We are pleased to announce a call for vendor registration to provide services and supply goods for the Migrant Protection of Returnees and Reintegration project in Damaturu. This initiative aims to support the reintegration of returnees and migrants into their communities by providing essential services and goods.
Scope of Services and Goods:
We are seeking vendors to provide a range of services and goods, including but not limited to:
I. SLOT –ONE : Vocational skills training/Center II. SLOT : TWO :Office supplies
- SLOT : THREE: Livelihood support programs
- SLOT: FOUR : Health and hygiene supplies V. SLOT : FIVE : Consumables/ Food VI. SLOT: SIX: Consulting firm
Vendor Registration Process:
Interested vendors are invited to register by submitting the following documents:
Company /Vendors profile detailing the vendor’s background, experience, and expertise in providing relevant services or goods.
Valid registration certificate with relevant government authorities.
Proof of previous experience in similar projects, including references and testimonials.
Details of services or goods offered, including pricing and availability.
Any additional documentation or certifications relevant to the provision of services or goods.
