CALL FOR TENDER At Global Village Healthcare Initiative for Africa (GHIV Africa)

Global Village Healthcare Initiative for Africa (GHIV Africa) is a non-governmental, non-for-profit humanitarian/Developmental organization which started in 2014. We deliver assistance and protection to affected populations before, during and after crisis situations. GHIV Africa was founded to mitigate the health deficit in Africa and to provide all forms of assistance leading to improved quality of life. The organization is equally poised to support the delivery of healthcare services at the doorsteps of every African village by bridging the gap between primary health care delivery and tertiary health care services through a robust referral system. We provide aid to the most vulnerable population regardless of their religion, race, gender and or political affiliation. Our decisions as an organization are not based on political, economic or religious interest but solely on needs of the affected population.

2. The purpose of this tender is to solicit for competitive biding for the Renovation of Hand pumps in Makurdi LGA of Benue State.

Vendors to be consider will those that complain with all government and donor regulations as GHIV Africa will only engage with Vendors who meant the regulation such as tax clearance of the previous year, Vendors who have not involved in Fraud and Terrorism etc.

• Other selection Criteria.
• All tender documents must be filled, sign and stamp
• Quotation must be on Company letter headed paper
• All Bids must be submitted to GHIV Africa office in Makurdi to be communicated later.
• All bids must be sealed in an envelop with instruction not to be open on or before 22.10.2024
• All unsealed and late bid will automatically be disqualified
• A means of identification (ID such as NIN; driver licence etc) of any member of the company
• Bids will be evaluated on the following but not limited to Value for money, quality and Delivery time.
• Company be a construction Company and limited, Enterprise will not be considered.
