Purpose of this Request for Proposal
Under procurement best practices, 5TEi Nigeria Country Office invites qualified, interested, and duly established companies, suppliers, and service providers in Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa States to participate in the prequalification of suppliers for any of the listed goods, services, or works below.
- Contract Period: 6 months (with the option to renew for 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance).

Eligibility & Selection Criteria
Applicants must submit:
- Cover Page (category of interest & Ref No.)
- Company profile (address, contact, emails, phone numbers)
- CAC registration certificate (FORM CO7, FORM CO2)
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
- Evidence of financial capability (latest audited accounts)
- Bank reference letter addressed to 5TEi Nigeria Procurement Unit
- Relevant professional registrations / authorized dealership certificates
- Evidence of related experience (at least 3 completed job orders + proof of delivery)
- Any other supporting documents
Additional Information
- VAT-exempt; WHT deductions apply.
- 5TEi may visit applicant premises to assess capacity.
- Only successful prequalified suppliers will be invited to RFQs/RFPs.
- No company may apply for more than three (3) categories.
- Special consideration for organizations owned by Persons with Disabilities meeting the criteria.

Only successful applicants will be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 7 weeks after the deadline, consider your application unsuccessful.
