WHO WE ARE
BOAID Humanitarian Foundation (BOAID) is a humanitarian and developmental non -governmental organization that insist the world can be changed positively where everyone can live a full life and free from poverty, sexual harassment, illiteracy, and to attain effective and sustainable livelihood, health and hygiene management. BOAID works nationwide for profound change tackling the root cause of poverty, empowering people to have a brighter future, and create enabling environment for communities to exercise their capacities. BOAID operates across the North-eastern Nigeria and has extensive experience in managing and monitoring emergency relief and rehabilitation actions both with local partners and directly. BOAID Humanitarian Foundation has been working in Nigeria since 2020 implementing humanitarian and Developmental interventions across the Northeast.
Working towards achieving the following objectives for the benefit of its target group the poor, socially and economically deprived people.
Enhancing the collaboration between humanitarian agencies, Governmental and non-governmental Organizations with Donors in order to meet the necessary needs of all Nigerian, Promoting the values of service, taking initiative and volunteerism.
Playing a leading role in promoting sustainable economic, educational, environmental, and social development efforts in order to enhance the response to Humanitarian relief needs while contributing to sustainable development within the targeted communities being served.

In the framework of Programs being implemented by BOAID Offices in Maiduguri, BOAID now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Companies, Providers for the supply of the following categories of Goods and Services:

EOI Requirements
Cover letter in Company’s letterhead.
Company Profile (including the names of owners, key officers, technical personnel)
Certified true copy of Certificate of Business Registration/ Incorporation.
Company’s Articles of Incorporation, Partnership or Corporation, whichever is applicable, including amendments thereto, if any.
Tax Certificate.
Tax Compliance: Evidence of Tax payment for the last two (2) years.
Proof of banking (Company Account details)
At least 3 evidences of similar jobs with NGOs (completed and/or ongoing) in Maiduguri and Rann.
Certificates from the Principals where applicable (e.g. Manufacturer’s Authorization, Certificate of Exclusive Distributorship, and Any certificate for the purpose, indicating name, complete address and contact details).
A member of the screening committee will contact you if BOAID finds you eligible.
