Position Summary:
The Administrative Support shall report to the Human Resources and Operations Manager and will provide administrative support at all times. Prepares correspondence, scans documents, assists with internal and external communications, and assists in developing travel itineraries in collaboration with ICAP Finance Unit.
Major Accountabilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to all ICAP staff in Abuja; prepare correspondence, scan documents, organize meetings, assist with internal and external communications, and assist in the development of travel itineraries.
- Assist in coordinating staff monthly airtime and internet top-ups.
- Raising requests for materials/services and ensuring that procurement requests include all required specifications and supporting documents.
- Assist in the preparation of service agreements and Supplier Purchase Order (SPO) and coordinate suppliers during the delivery of the goods and services.
- Assist in coordinating vehicle movement, monitoring fuel consumption and vehicle logbooks.
- Regular updating of the office inventory log
- Perform other related duties as assigned
EDUCATION:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Procurement or any related field.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Minimum of one (1) year directly related experience in an office administrative management role.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and ability to interact effectively with staff and management at all organizational levels.
- Attentiveness to detail.
