Selection Criteria
- Bidder can legally operate in Nigeria as a business entity (attach copies of proof of business registration CAC)
- Completely filled, signed and stamped DKF RFQ page to page to be submitted
- Evidence of TIN Registration
- Delivery Period
- Evidence and proven record (Purchase order, Contract/service completion form) supplying the same category of item in the last 3 years with other organisation.
- Best Price
Terms and Conditions as per DKF’s Policy
•Payment terms: Payment will be made within 2 weeks after delivery and acceptance of goods
•All responses to this RFQ will be treated as confidential.
•DKF reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations.
•The selected vendor will enter into a contract with DKF under the terms outlined in this RFQ and any subsequent negotiations.
•Bidders shall adhere to all the requirements of this RFQ, including any amendments made inwriting by DKF. This RFQ is conducted in accordance with the DKF Procurement Policies.
•Any Bid submitted will be regarded as an offer by the Bidder and does not constitute or imply the acceptance of the Bid by DKF. DKF is under no obligation to award a contract to any Bidder as a result of this RFQ. DKF shall not be responsible for any costs associated with a Supplier’s preparation and submission of a quotation, regardless of the outcome or the manner of conducting the selection process
•DKF enforces a 5% withholding tax deduction on the total contractual sum. DKF reserves the right to validate documentation accuracy. Inquiries or clarifications on tax matters should be communicated before the RFQ submission deadline. Participation implies vendor agreement to the outlined withholding tax and VAT exemption policies
•Language in which Quotation will be submitted must be in English.
•No price variation due to escalation, inflation, fluctuation in exchange rates, or any other market factors shall be accepted at any time during the validity of the quotation after the quotation has been received.
