Mercy Corps is seeking all qualified construction companies to submit intent to bid
forms for the above market.
If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to follow the guidelines below.

Method of submission:
Interested Companies must submit the information below:
1) Completed Intent to Bid Form
2) Completed Supplier Information Form
3) Company Business Registration – Corporate Affairs Corporation (CAC)
4) Company Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) with at least three (3) years from
2021 to 2023.
The above listed documents must be submitted to Mercy Corps by the 11
th of
November 2024 10:00am through email to
[email protected] with the Tender Reference number NIG/YOL/TEN056
as the email subject line.
After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the
suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent
according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form
