Rolan Foundation is a not-for-profit organization established with a mandate to create a realistic, effective, and impactful difference in the lives of vulnerable and less-privileged persons living in urban, rural, and hard-to-reach communities in Nigeria. We achieve this through three-pronged approaches: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Capacity Development, and Welfare.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Ondo Town, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
- The applicant must have over 7 years working experience in an NGO.
- The applicant must preferably be a female who is a chartered accountant and resides in Ondo city.
- The applicant must be able to oversee financial management of Rolan Foundation, ensure compliance and provide strategic financial guidance to support the mission and objectives of the Foundation.
- The applicant will be responsible for the preparation of budgets, financial reports and forecasts; ensure compliance with the requirements of donor agencies; maintain adherence to regulatory requirements; identify and mitigate financial risks; establish and maintain financial controls and oversee grant financial reporting.
- The applicant must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
