Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group therapy sessions for children with autism.
- Develop tailored treatment plans supervised by center co-ordinator to address each child’s unique needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to create a holistic and supportive environment for each child.
- Continuously monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure the best outcomes.
- Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public health or a related discipline.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or equivalent certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children on the autism spectrum or children with special needs.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and effective therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Compassionate, patient, and deeply committed to helping children reach their full potential.
- Experience with early intervention programs and techniques.
- Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage.
