Job Summary
- The Volunteer Project and Grants Coordinator will oversee fundraising activities and grant proposals to secure funding for Elim House Mission initiatives.
- This role will involve developing and implementing fundraising strategies to achieve sustainable funding and support mission development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify worthy projects that align with the organization’s objectives and overall vision
- Coordinate fundraising strategies and support major fundraising programs.
- Monitor day-to-day activities of the fundraising team.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for fundraising initiatives.
- Assist in the development of fundraising goals and solicit funds.
- Collaborate with the organization’s management and other teams for project funding.
- Identify appropriate grant opportunities and write grant proposals to secure funding from external resources.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field.
- Experience in grant writing
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Alignment with Elim House mission and values.
