Mission :

Under the supervision of the Director of Communication and Development, the role of the· Director Delegate Partnerships will be to oversee the development of fundraising from private companies and foundations.

Specifically, your main missions will be:
Define and monitor the development strategy of fundraising from private companies, foundations and ensure the growth of turnover and margin.
Actively participate in the development and implementation of the overall fundraising strategy (individuals and businesses) with the Director, and, and in relation with the other Delegated· Directors and Service Managers in order to develop the collection performance of the association.
Ensure the development of private funds with companies and foundations.
Develop on-line the collection with a number of companies and/or foundations with high added value.
Accompany team members in their prospecting and loyalty missions.
To animate and coordinate the actions of development of the fundraising with the companies and foundations.
Ensure the quality of service provided to this audience (argument, availability, deadline, etc.).
Ensure transversality with other services, departments or members of the network (missions and ACFIN).
Bringing partnership expertise to the various departments of the Communication and Development department, Country Offices and the Expertise and Advocacy department, and, and promote work in a transversal project mode and the synergies between the different services.

Profile :

You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the fundraising or sponsorship sector, acquired on representative functions (customer management /management of large accounts…).
You benefit from experience in partnerships with companies. Experience with foundations would be a plus.
You are comfortable with CSR and private sector sponsorship strategies, you have a keen negotiating sense and a great deal of commercial fluency, and you have, that you will use to carry humanitarian values and needs. You have thus acquired experience in achieving a collection or sale objective of several million euros. Prospecting and mobilizing your network is part of your daily life in the service of a cause that brings together millions of people.
Experience in communication and marketing would be a plus.
You are recognized· for your managerial talents.You know how to federate the talents of your employees, and your leadership allows you to encourage the adhesion of your teams around innovative projects.
Aware of Action Against Hunger missions, your motivation to integrate a dynamic and meaningful associative structure will allow you to be quickly operational on this strategic function for the organization.
You necessarily have a good level of written and oral English.

Employment conditions

Status: Leadership Framework – 6-month full-time CSD
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 59Keuros to 65euros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Advantages: Frame package, 35 days of paid leave

Transport Allowances : Support at 50% of the package between the home and the workplace.
