Mission :

Under the supervision of the Coordinator of the displacements, your responsibility will be to manage and supervise the movements of the staff·s expatriate·S, employee·s of the head office and intervenor·s outside by optimizing the costs.
Specifically, your role will be to :
To ensure the preparation, organization and follow-up of the displacements of the·expatriateAnalyze and evaluate the feasibility of a departure
Implement the procedures for obtaining visas and work permits
Organize the logistics of the trip by integrating the constraints of the Logistics department
Organize and coordinate the reception of the expatriate·
Ensure the organization of travel of the employee· and intervenor· external
Optimize travel purchases and conduct business negotiations (cost control on tickets, hotels, etc., negotiation and monitoring of contracts with suppliers)
Monitoring and reporting of the activity
Participate in the evolution and development of the service’s working tools
Manager the trainee of the Office of Departures·

Profile :

You have already worked in the collection, production and transmission of documents related to obtaining visas and work permits, as well as in the formalization of procedure /process.
You are able to manage and supervise the management of the briefings and debriefings of the staff of·S expatriate, and to take charge of the management of disputes related to the travel of· employees while implementing measures that will prevent their reproduction.
You are particularly competent in the organization of travel on the best conditions and within the deadlines.
You know how to evaluate and choose one or more suppliers according to specifications and negotiate or accompany the negotiation of prices and conditions with suppliers. You are focused on· solutions to provide support to· users.
You communicate effectively and are able to be attentive to adapt your communication style and establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutor. You know how to be firm in good conscience by arbitrating between respect of the rules and pragmatism. You are reactive with· and you have very good organizational skills, autonomy and priority management. You master french and english.

YOUR EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Status : Integrated Framework – 6-month CSD – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 36K to 41Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
