Focus on the Logistics Service

The Logistics Service is made up of 7 people whose mission is to ensure the logistics of missions from headquarters.

And the Logistics Intern Missions in all this?

As a Logistics Intern Missions, under the overall supervision of the Deputy to the Logistics Manager and in connection with the logistics teams of the PUI missions concerned, you will work in direct collaboration with the Logistics Officers to assist the Missions Monitoring branch.

Your role will be, for the most part, to support the compliance and administrative management of the logistical monitoring of missions, by accompanying and facilitating the validation of’achats files transmitted by the fields, by, by participating in the « critical review » monitoring and reporting tools communicated by the field or by participating in the preparation and conduct of headquarters and field audits. You will also support the drafting and deployment of capitalization documents related to the activities of the Monitoring Missions branch, and contribute to inter-service and substantive projects. Finally, you will facilitate and participate in logistics events taking place at headquarters, such as logistics training sessions or meetings of hubs and inter-service points.

What you will need to get this internship

  • A Convention issued by your training organization !: As such, you can justify higher training in logistics and / or in the management of international solidarity projects.
  • Experience: Teamwork experience is required, and experience in associations and / or internationally will be valued.
  • Skills: You have a strong interest in logistics and / or one of its components.
  • Qualities required: You are available, independent, proactive, show curiosity and want to learn, and know are reactive in an emergency.
  • Languages: French and English have no secrets for you ? So much the better, these are two essential languages for this position !

PUI will propose

  • Gratification: 4,60€/hour
  • Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 9€)
  • Rest: 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
