Tender For The Supply Of Provision Of PSTC Training Facilities And Equipment At Danish Refugee Council (DRC)

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from various donors to support humanitarian aid operations in Nigeria. The DRC Nigeria Mission operates in high-risk areas across Borno, Adamawa, Sokoto, and Zamfara, with its coordination office in Abuja. Given the nature of our work in these high-risk regions, it is crucial that our staff are well-prepared to handle the security challenges and threats they may encounter. To this end, we are seeking to conduct a Personal Safety Awareness Training Course for our staff. The objective of this training is to familiarize our staff with the specific security challenges in their areas of operation and to expose them to the necessary safety and security protocols. This will help minimize their exposure to identified threats and enhance their ability to respond effectively to health, safety, and security emergencies. The training will also cover contingency measures, plans, procedures, and protocols that DRC has in place to ensure the safety and security of our personnel, thus fulfilling our legal and moral duty of care.

The following ITB/RFP Tenders are being Tendered through this Notification during the above Period:

This ITB is launched for the purpose of establishing a framework agreement with a Service provider for Providing PSTC (Personal safety Training Course) Training Facilities for 12 months.

• A Framework agreement is not binding DRC to place any Purchase Orders. DRC will place orders to the awarded Service provider based on the agreement as per its requirement.

• This tender is divided into 3 Lots:

           1. Lot1 – Training Facilities in Abuja (Accommodation, Catering services, conference room with Scenario     Arena 900Sqm –    1000 Sqm)

          2. Lot2 – Paint-ball arena and Equipment in Abuja

          3. Lot3 – Provision of Paint-ball and essential Kits/Equipment within Abuja (RENTAL)

•      Only Facilities and service providers within Abuja will be accepted.

•      Estimated training duration is a minimum of 4 days for 20 – 25 staff per batch.
