Tender For The Supply Of First-aid Training At Danish Refugee Council (DRC)

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from various donors to support humanitarian aid operations in Nigeria. The DRC Nigeria Mission operates in high-risk areas across Borno, Adamawa, Sokoto, and Zamfara, with its coordination office in Abuja. Given the nature of our work in these high-risk regions, it is crucial that our staff are well-prepared to handle the security challenges and threats they may encounter. To this end, we are seeking a service provider for First aid Training During a PSTC

The Tender details are as follows:

The following ITB/RFP Tenders are being Tendered through this Notification during the above Period:

• This ITB is launched for the purpose of establishing a framework agreement with a Service provider for Providing First aid training During PSTC for 12 months.
• A Framework agreement is not binding DRC to place any Purchase Orders. DRC will place orders to the awarded Service provider based on the agreement as per its requirement.
• Proposal based on the TOR are a mandatory requirement part for this bid. Any bid without proposal shall be rejected.
• The delivery time of the service shall be within 5 days of placing order. DRC may terminate the contract if supplier fails to deliver Service within this period.
• All supplies shall be delivered as per INCOTERMS 2020 to Abuja
• Each batch of training is for 1 day for up to 20 – 25 Participant.
