- Market Maestro: Identify new sub-sectors for Propcom+ investment and guide the development of a diverse portfolio of interventions.
- People Leader: Foster a collaborative and high-performing technical team, driving professional development and ensuring excellent work quality.
- Stakeholder Champion: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, agricultural entrepreneurs and industry players.
- Project Management Guru: Oversee timely delivery of all technical outputs, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and value for money.

- A seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in economic growth programs, agricultural development, food security, or private sector development.
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record in market systems development, business model design, and attracting private sector investment.
- Possess strong technical expertise in entrepreneurship, MSME development, and investment finance.
- Adept at project management, risk management, and financial management.
- An inspirational leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
