Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is not required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior HR Officer
- Certification/Membership of CIPM is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigeria Labour Law is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
