Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team in expanding our revenue mobilization base in Nigeria.

Job Description

  • Executing innovative marketing plans to grow OrderPaper’s revenue and brand awareness.
  • Working closely with a cross-functional team to identify customer market needs.
  • Defining marketing opportunities and penetration strategies.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Rethinking how we do things and always looking for innovative ways to improve our performance.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
  • Reporting progress at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals

  • Successfully delivering on marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Satisfactorily collaborating with relevant team members to implement activities, seize new opportunities and address challenges.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification
  • 2+ years previous work experience ideally in marketing and sales role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, and technology devices.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks to maximize short-term impact.
  • Excellent communication & written skills in English.
  • Self-motivated and determined to deliver results.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and requisite diplomatic/negotiation skills.
  • Ability to relate to subjects, issues, and clients at many levels.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
