RIA Initiative hereby seeks qualified and interested vehicle suppliers to express interest in the supply of a 4×4 Wheel Drive Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) preferably Toyota Highlander, and Basic Safety kit as detailed below:

(B) Evaluation Factors and Selection Criteria
The bidder should ensure that all requested information below is included in the submission. Proposals will be evaluated based on conformity to proposal requirements as listed below, warranty terms (including after-sales support), delivery timeline, price, payment terms.
To allow the evaluators to make informed selection decision, please include your submission/package the brochure/ Manual of the vehicle you intend to supply.
Please review the table below for the required components of all proposal submissions. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete information. The submission of incomplete information could result in the rejection of the proposal.

- The purchaser shall have the right to request explanations from the prospective supplier(s) on any matter that it requires clarification on.
- The purchaser shall have the right to discard vendors’ profiles that do not follow the aforementioned.
- The Purchaser (RIA) does not bind itself to accept the lower quotes or any proposal.
(C) Cost of Bidding
The Bidder shall be responsible for all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its bid, and RIA hereinafter referred to as “the Purchaser”, will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process.

PLEASE NOTE:
The closing date for submission of applications in response to this Request is March 5 2025. Any proposal received by RIA after the deadline for submission stated herein shall be disqualified.
- RIA anticipates awarding multiple contracts but reserves the right to terminate the RFT or negotiations at any time prior to the award.
- RIA is Value added tax (VAT) exempted but charges Withholding Tax (WHT) in compliance with Relevant Nigerian laws.
