Neem Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization founded as a direct response to the problem of insecurity in Nigeria. The Foundation was established under Nigerian law in January 2016 and is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. We are committed to improving the lives of those affected by the insurgency and preventing violence through building inclusive communities and providing and raising the standards of psychosocial care. Neem Foundation staff can boast of over 30 years cumulative staff experience in psychosocial support, and have extensive training and experience in P/CVE, community engagement, intelligence, social media monitoring, strategic communication, and project cycle management. We believe in a broad-based, multi-stakeholder, multi-disciplinary approach and will work to raise awareness on P/CVE, build the capacity of key actors, and encourage a collaborative approach that involves youth, women, traditional leaders, religious leaders, civil society, academics, security services, and government institutions at state and federal level. Neem Foundation intends to provide world class services to its target audiences.

Background and Purpose
Neem Foundation is a non-governmental organisation working in Northeast and Northwest Nigeria. We were founded as a direct response to the challenges occasioned by the violent insurgency, which has affected many people and communities in Borno, Adamawa and Yobe (BAY) States. Through our Prevent and Protect: Strengthening Access and Responses to GBV in Kaduna, Kano, and Sokoto
States in Nigeria, we support communities across Northwest Nigeria to prevent and strengthen the accessibility and response to GBV issues, while protecting women and girls’ survivors of GBV from
GBV.

The Foundation is seeking quotes from an established supply vendor/company that can supply computer and electronic gadgets. There is strong interest in providers who can offer, high quality and
cost-effective products for the specifications. The Foundation is seeking to collaborate with a contractor who has a commitment and a record of outstanding customer service in the provision of goods and services.

  • A statement expressing the Bidder’s willingness to provide the products described in this RFQ.
  • Please attach a scanned copy of the companies CAC registration to the bid

If your request is successful, you will be required to enter into Neem Foundation’s Standard Contract for the types of goods or services being provided. In the provision of the Goods and Services, you will be required to comply with the organization’s policies, including (without limitation) its Business Partner Code of Conduct and any relevant Project Manual.
If you are bidding as part of a joint venture, partnership or similar, please make this clear in your submission. Likewise, if you propose to subcontract any part of the goods or services provision, then
disclose this fact within your submission. Neem Foundation may require additional information from you and approval for subcontracting will not be automatic as subcontractors will be subject to Neem
Foundation’s Due Diligence process.
