CONTEXT :

Within our Institutional Finance Department (DFI), you work within’a team composed of 10 people in Lyon and’ thirty other’ collaborators in our national associations. The DFI defines the strategy for seeking funds from major public institutions (EU, United Nations, Ministries and cooperation agencies) to finance operations. She also supports HI programs in the management of the lessor relationship and financing contracts.
As part of the deployment of’a CRM tool for managing the lessor relationship and the institutional financing cycle, the, we are looking for a deployment manager(e) to ensure the implementation of the solution on the geographical perimeter entrusted and support new users in the handling of the’tool.

DESCRIPTION :

To achieve this goal :
1. You implement the deployment plan of the’tool on the geographical perimeter entrusted to you :
– Ensure the implementation of deployment prerequisites)
– Facilitate the training of new users and present the training devices and support available.
– Monitor the’usage of CRM by users.
– Contribute to the’improvement of the overall framework of the rise in competence of users2. You process requests for assistance from new users :
– Provide effective support and adapted to the computer skills of each user.
– Analyze the’evolution of’assistance requests and propose solutions to facilitate the handling of the’toutil.

3. You organize the transition to current management
– Monitor the quality of’information entered in the’tool and propose solutions to reduce errors or omissions.
– To refer to the Referent CRM the needs of’improvement or’optimisation of the’tool as well as the good practices and the difficulties encountered.
– Finalize the deployment by the’organization of’a closing meeting.
– Participate in the capitalization of the deployment methodology.

ACCESSIBILITY :

The post is located in Open Space, boxes are available for more calm if necessary and the’ workspace is very bright. The station is easily accessible by public transport thanks to its proximity to several bus and metro lines. A parking is available. Regarding the building, lifts and access ramps are set up.

PROFILE :

You have two years of experience in software publishing or on a position requiring the use of’technological tools on a regular basis or you are familiar with the management of the lessor relationship and the contract cycle of financing and you have already used solutions (software, Excel tables or other) for the’analysis of financing from institutional donors. A 1st experience in training animation is a plus.
Autonomous, you also know how to show initiative and rigor’.

CONDITIONS :

CSD contract type June to November 2024
Titles Restaurant, Map,
Mutual employer,
39 Hours weekly with 22.5 days of RTT to be taken annually, prorated according to the length of the contract.
