Learning through skills acquisition Initiative (LETSAI) is National Non-Governmental Organization with funding support from CBM titled: BOLD ACTIONS TO STRENGTHEN INCLUSIVE CARE IN COMMUNITIES (BASICC)

LETSAI is calling upon potential Bidders suppliers/vendors to submit their quotation regarding procurement of  MENSTRUAL HYGIENE KITS  to be delivered at No. 313 Pompomari by pass Opposite Kotoloma Filing station Maiduguri, Borno State. 

Procedure: 

1. Bidders are expected to collect the following
   1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) 
   1. Impartiality form from LETSAI in Maiduguri.
2. Bidders are expected to submit quotation for Procurement of  MENSTRUAL HYGIENE KITS
3. Bidders are expected to attach alongside the quotation the following document 
4. Certificate of incorporation 
5. Tax certificate 
6. Bank detail form 
7. REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)
8. Impartiality forms 
9. Bidder is expected to sign and stamp all the above documents 
10. The Bidders are expected to submit their quotation on or before 16:00hours 12TH of  MAY, 2025 to LETSAI office or submit through email: [email protected] and copy [email protected].
