Request for Quotations At Hope for Street Children and Vulnerable People (HOPLE)

Introduction

Hope for Street Children and Vulnerable People (HOPLE), in partnership with IOM and with the funding support from USAID, is currently implementing a project aims to address the Recent flooding in Yobe state has caused extensive devastation, particularly in the local government areas (LGAs) of Tarmuwa, Karasuwa, Nangere, and Fika. This disaster has displaced thousands of residents and left many without access to necessities, such as food, clean water, hygiene supplies, dignity kits, and secured shelter. The floods have significantly increased the risk of waterborne diseases, poor sanitation, and hygiene-related illnesses. Additionally, the absence of proper protection measures has left women, children, and other at-risk groups particularly vulnerable to exploitation and abuse.

Scope of Work

Rehabilitation of latrine (144 stances of latrine with 72 shower stances), Major rehabilitation of 36 block of 4 latrines by 2 shower sanitation facilities in a strategic location within the following LGAs namely, Karasuwa, Fika, Tarmua and Nangere. The project aims to address the lack of adequate sanitation facilities. Under this Request for Quotation, vendors are invited to bid for the Rehabilitation of latrine (144 stances of latrine with 72 shower stances) in the above mention LGAs of Yobe State.   2. Cost-effectiveness.
  3. Quality of materials and production.
  4. Ability to meet the specified deadlines.
  • Previous experience in similar projects.
  • Samples available for inspection
