On request, vehicle is to be ready for inspection by ACTED representative in the requested location or location recommended by ACTED.
- Bidders should provide offer(s) for all items in a given lot to be considered in the award of a contract.
- In case of making an error when writing the prices, please discard the page. Any alterations including the use of correction fluid, will render your offer invalid.
- ACTED reserves the right to sign this contract with one or multiple suppliers (if more than one supplier is contracted, quantity/quanties will reduce as-per-the number of procurement contract signed)
- Payments from ACTED to the successful bidder will be done through bank transfer or cheque within ACTED premises.
- ACTED reserves the right to contact previous organization with who the bidder has worked and any financial or security authority for verification.
- Suppliers with their main offices outside these states will be considered eligible for bid

ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) in Nigeria, implementing the project “35CROSS PROJECT” under Multi Project funding is Inviting vendors to submit offers for VEHICLE RENTAL SERVICES IN ADAMAWA & YOBE STATES.
