Sealed Invitation to supply Meal from eligible/reputable Food Vendor service provider is required. Vendor is requested to supply the following:
ii. Tea Break
iii.Lunch
for 60 Persons for 1 day. Vendor should submit a hard copy of Quotation (on a Company Memo, stamp and signed) company profile alongside with Services/type of meals supplied as well as Prices; in line with the above Items/services with the Organization on or before the dead line below:

Kindly note that 5% Withholding Tax will be deducted and remitted to the appropriate Tax Authority.
It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. All Application that are received by ZEGCAWIS after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
