Life Helpers Initiative is a non-governmental organization that works in development and humanitarian sectors, having an office in the Northwest, Northeast, North Central and South Eastern part of the country with it headquarter office in Sokoto State. Life Helpers Initiative focuses include but are not limited to these Five thematic areas: Health, Education, Gender & Governance, Agriculture/Environment and Livelihood.
As one of the requirements and practices of Life Helpers Initiative to engage suitable and qualified vendors that can provide us with the required services for smooth and effective implementation of our project activities.
Life Helpers Initiative invites interested and reputable vendors to express their interest in supplying training materials for vocational skills acquisition training.
Scope of Work
The scope of work includes the supply of Non-Food Items (NFIs).

The quoted price must be a fixed price, including delivery and all other costs, must be presented in Nigeria Naira.
RFQ requirements for qualifications.
Quotation must be submitted alongside the price quotation the following.
- Registration Requirement (CAC, TIN,)
- Price Quotation on company letterhead paper
- Company profile
- Details for key staff members
- Tax Exemption Certificate (if applicable)
Delivery instruction:
Items will be delivered to Life Helpers Offices in Sokoto, Kastina and Zamfara State.
Terms and Conditions
This is a Request for Quotations only. Issuance of this expression of interest does not in any way obligate LIFE HELPERS INITIATIVE to enter into a contractual agreement with any bidding organization.
Evaluation of quotes and award of supply contract:
The quotes will be evaluated and the supply contract must be awarded based on Nigeria legal Register Documents, past experience for similar products, price, delivery terms, brand, quality assurances and any other factor which the procurement committee shall deem necessary.
Notification of the results:
Only the successful bidder will be notified, and if you do not receive an order in writing from LHI within two weeks after the expiry of the deadline, consider your bid unsuccessful.
Language of the bid:
The language to be used when applying shall be English only.
Submission:
Quotation shall only be submitted in hard copy to this address: LHI Office, GDC Tamaje Area Eastern Bypass Sokoto State and shall be dropped into a tender box by the company representative.

Registration for submission:
Please make sure you register your hand delivered quotation with the procurement department and drop it in the Tender box yourself.
Request for clarifications:
Any request for clarification must be made in writing through email: [email protected] 08066467878. This enquires must be sent within 48 hours before the tender closing date.
Life Helpers Initiative Reserves The Right To:
Accept the whole, or part of any submission or accept none of the Quotations
Deadline
The deadline for submission of expressions of interest is 25th August 2025 at 5:pm.
