Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy
- A strong desire to work with children & adolescents in a therapeutic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a safe and engaging play environment for hospitalized children
- Support therapeutic play activities that promote emotional & psychological well-being
- Work closely with our healthcare team to meet the mental health needs of the children
- Child Safeguarding:
- As an organization dedicated to protecting the well-being of children, we expect all employees to share this commitment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- · Ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our programs and activities
- · Adhering to our Child Safeguarding Policy and reporting any concerns or incidents
- · Participating in training and awareness programs to recognize and respond to child safeguarding issues
- · Maintaining appropriate boundaries and relationships with children and young people
- · Contributing to a culture of transparency, accountability, and zero tolerance for child abuse and exploitation
