- Meals:
• Breakfast: Daily breakfast for 20 participants, with vegetarian and special dietary options.
• Lunch: Daily lunch for 20 participants, with vegetarian and special dietary options. - Refreshments:
- Morning and afternoon snacks for 20 participants each day.
- Beverages:
• Hot beverages: Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
• Cold beverages: Assorted juices, water, and soft drinks. - Service Requirements:
• Professional staff for meal service.
• Setup and cleanup services for all meals.
