Organization: Society for Women and Girl-Child Empowerment (SWOGE)
Location: Vendors specifically within (Adamawa, Borno, and Yobe States)

Introduction:
Society for Women and Girl-Child Empowerment (SWOGE) is a non-profit organization committed to advancing the rights, education, and economic empowerment of women and girls in marginalized communities. SWOGE is currently seeking qualified and reliable vendors to provide goods and services across various sectors to support its operations and programmatic activities.
Scope of Services:
SWOGE invites applications from vendors specializing in, but not limited to, the following areas:
- Office Supplies (stationery, printing, office furniture, etc.)
- ICT Equipment (laptops, printers, projectors, software)
- Event Management Services (catering, venue arrangement, audio-visual equipment)
- Transportation Services (vehicle rentals, logistics, travel agencies)
- Construction and Renovation Services (building materials, repair, and maintenance)
- Marketing and Branding (promotional materials, media production, printing)
- Consultancy Services (training, capacity building, research, monitoring & evaluation)
- Other Services relevant to SWOGE’s operational needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
Interested vendors should meet the following requirements:
- Be legally registered with the Cooperate Affairs Commission (CAC) and authorized to provide the goods or services.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience, with printed profile as proof attached.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver quality goods/services within agreed timelines.
- Ability to work within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.
- Have a track record of working with non-profit organizations (preferred but not mandatory).
Submission Requirements:
Vendors are required to submit the following documentation:
1. Company Profile: Including contact information, years of operation, and areas of expertise.
2. Certificate of Registration: Proof of legal business registration, (preferably CAC).
3. Tax Clearance Certificate: Up-to-date tax clearance documents.
4. References: At least two references from previous clients or partners.
5. Quotation/Rate List: Pricing for goods or services being offered.
6. Proof of Capacity: Evidence of ability to deliver large orders or services promptly (where applicable).
Selection Criteria:
Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Compliance with eligibility and documentation requirements.
- Competitiveness of pricing and cost-efficiency.
- Proven track record in delivering quality goods or services.
- Ability to meet delivery timelines.
- References and previous experience with NGOs or similar organizations.

Interested vendors should submit their applications by email to [email protected] with the subject line “Vendor Application – (Vendor’s Area of Expertise)” by the 29th of September 2024. All inquiries regarding this call can be directed to the same email.
Evaluation Process:
SWOGE will review all submissions and may invite vendors for further discussions or clarification. Selected vendors will be included in SWOGE’s list of approved suppliers and will be contacted on a rolling basis based on project needs.
Note: Inclusion in the vendor list does not guarantee contracts or purchase orders. SWOGE reserves the right to engage vendors based on specific project requirements.
