About CATAI
Founded in 2018, CATAI has been on mission to enhance service delivery through citizen empowerment. We also seek to promote a just society for all regions in Nigeria through advocacy, research, impact, and innovation by embarking on outreach and advocacy for institutional reforms, capacity building, and citizen empowerment. We strengthen local communities by creating platforms for dialogue, enabling informed debates, and building the capacity of citizens to act as catalysts for their societal issues through our innovations.
CATAI is committed to advocating and promoting quality education, especially for the girl child in marginalized communities using technological means, to enable children to acquire knowledge that will increase their productivity.
CATAI provides marginalized and vulnerable communities with resources to amplify their voices with independence and integrity while providing the communities with social, economic, and environmental progress to enhance effective democratic governance, citizen participation, and civic engagement.

General information
- Quotation must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder.

- Delivery will be discussed with the team upon contract award.
- Quotation submitted after the deadline for submission will not be considered.
- Demonstration of Previous experience and capability do deliver the assignment would be an advantage

Conflict of interest
Is a situation in which a person is in a position to derive personal benefit from actions or decisions made in their official capacity that has the potential to undermine the impartiality of a person because of the possibility of clash between the person’s interest and professional interest or public interest. All vendors shall take all precautions necessary to avoid taking undue advantage of the project to satisfy personal interest and shall inform CATAI of any situation giving rise or that is likely to give rise to any of such.
Anti-Corruption Policy
CATAI has zero tolerance culture towards fraud, corruption, and bribery: embedding this in all aspect of her work CATAI is therefore determined to maintain its reputation as an organization which will not tolerate such acts.
Mode and Deadline for submission of quotations
Interested service providers/vendors are to submit a (1) copy each of all documents listed under the eligibility criteria and their Request for Quotation on the company’s letterhead paper bearing: the registration number (RC), contact address, telephone number and e-mail address, Account Details, and TIN.

The closing date for submission of quotes is Tuesday, 22nd July 2024. Failure to adhere to instructions on submissions could invalidate your application.
