LETSAI is calling upon potential Bidders suppliers/vendors to submit their proposals regarding procurement of Start- Up Kits for Vulnerable persons including persons with disability Activity 2.4 to be delivered at No. 313 Pompomari by pass Opposite Kotoloma Filing station Maiduguri, Borno State.
Procedure:
- Bidders are expected to collect the following
- Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Impartiality form from LETSAI in Maiduguri.
- Bidders are expected to submit quotation for Procurement of start-up Kits for Vulnerable persons including persons with disability Activity 2.4
- Bidders are expected to attach alongside the quotation the following document
- Certificate of incorporation
- Tax certificate
- Bank detail form
- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFQ)
- Impartiality forms
- Bidder is expected to sign and stamp all the above documents
