Request for proposal No.: NGA-RFP-009-24 Provision of internet services and equipment – Maiduguri.
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from various Donors for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation in the Northeast and Northwest of Nigeria. Part of this operation is the Provision of internet services and Equipment in Maiduguri. Therefore, the DRC is intending to sign one or several framework agreements and requests you to submit price bid(s) for the supply of internet services and Equipment.

Important information regarding this ITB:
- This RFP is launched for the purpose of establishing a framework agreement with a Service provider for Providing Internet for period of 24 months.
- An extension of 12 months is possible based on DRC request and approval from Service Provider.
- A Framework agreement is not binding DRC to place any Purchase Orders. DRC will place orders to the awarded Service provider based on the agreement as per its requirement.
- This tender is divided into 2 LOTs:
- Lot1- Equipment
- Lot2- Internet Services
- DRC may choose to cancel the agreement if deemed necessary.
- DRC may choose to split the contract award to more than one Service Provider.
- The delivery time of the supply shall be within 30 days of placing order for first time installation which includes but not limited to connection of fiber optics Cabling, Max installation, radio antenna and setup/connection of access points, switches and other network devices depending on the type of internet connection required. DRC may terminate the contract or impose other penalties if Service provider fails to deliver items within this period.
- All supplies shall be delivered as per DDP INCOTERMS 2020 to mentioned locations.
- No advance payment will be paid to the awarded Service Provider. The awarded Service provider is expected to mobilize its own resources to deliver the agreed material.
