Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, ensuring consistency and compliance with established standards.
- Reconcile accounts regularly and address any discrepancies promptly to maintain financial integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial policies and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring that financial records comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial role.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
