Aid Initiative to Support Vulnerable and Ideal People (AISVIP) is a Non-Governmental Organization geared toward empowering vulnerable and less privilege people in the society. The organization history dates back to 2016 when group of people conceived an idea of contributing to humanitarian activities in Northeast Nigeria.

Responsibilties
PSEA Systems & Compliance:
- Establish, implement, and monitor PSEA systems in line with AISVIP policies, NHF requirements, and inter-agency standards.
- Ensure confidential, survivor-centered reporting and referral pathways for SEA complaints.
- Maintain secure documentation and tracking of PSEA cases in compliance with data protection standards.
Capacity Building & Awareness:
- Conduct regular PSEA training and refresher sessions for staff, volunteers, partners, and community focal points.
- Lead community awareness activities on PSEA rights, reporting mechanisms, and zero-tolerance principles.
Coordination & Referral:
- Serve as AISVIP’s focal point with the inter-agency PSEA Network and relevant coordination platforms.
- Coordinate with Protection, Accountability/AAP, HR, and Management teams on SEA prevention and response.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor PSEA risks and mitigation measures within project activities.
- Contribute PSEA-related inputs to donor reports, internal updates, and risk assessments.
Safeguarding & Ethics:
- Promote a culture of ethical conduct, accountability, and safeguarding across all project sites.
- Support investigations and referrals in line with organizational and inter-agency protocols.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a BEd / Bachelor of Law Degree with 4 – 10 years experience.
